Fondation Du Jardin De La Paix De Montréal / Montreal Peace Garden Foundation is a charitable organization established in 2022 to publicize  Canadians about Turkish cultures and to foster a multicultural bridge between Canadian and Turkish heritages  through social innovation, creative and positive impact projects, symposiums, conferences, cultural events and exhibitions in Canada.

 

Our foundation is closely connected to the Turkish Peace Garden, a beautiful space surrounded by panels and columns decorated with Turkish quartz tiles. The garden was created within the Montreal Botanical Garden and was established in 2000 by the Turkish community of Montreal, the Honorary Consulate General of Türkiye in Montreal—then represented by Gérard Emin Battika—and the Turquebec Cultural and Friendship Association. Gérard Emin Battika now serves as the Honorary President of the Foundation.
